Takumi B-series high-speed machining centres are especially developed for the die and mould industry. In order to provide machines with distinguished accuracy and stability, Takumi uses advanced software which allows dynamic simulation and structure analysis. In addition, the box-type spindle head with enhanced rib structure assures rigidity of machine and strengthens stability of the machine during operations

Takumi B-series is installed with high-speed, low noise and reliable spindle which is indispensable in the high speed processing and the dies and mould industry. In aaddition, the built-in temperature monitoring device and Takumi spindle thermal growth compensation system assure the consistent accuracy during consecutive operations. The series includes: Takumi B4 & 5, B6,B8 and B13.

BRIDGEPORT HSC500

Equipped with high-performance, heavy-duty spindles achieving speeds up to 40,000rpm with HSK E32 tooling (HSK E40 for 30,000rpm), combined with the ‘intelligent’, state-of-the-art Heidenhain iTNC 530 control system – the HSC 500 is both powerful and versatile. Fast and efficient material removal rates when undertaking roughing and semi-roughing operations, and high precision and accuracy during finishing, guarantee that Bridgeport’s HSC 500 customers benefit from total machining flexibility. This flexibility is further enhanced by the ability to integrate a powerful down-draught dust extraction unit to the machine. This facility is essential when machining graphite electrodes and ensures the efficient removal of abrasive graphite particles and dust. The HSC 500 is a real powerhouse of a machine and its productivity can be further extended by incorporating a range of optional automation features (including automated pallet changing systems), enabling both unattended and lights-out operations to be realised.
