Takumi High Speed Machining

Takumi F-series machines are high-speed and high accuracy machining centres for the die and mould industry. In order to provide machines with distinguished accuracy and stability, Takumi uses advanced software to have dynamic simulation and structure analysis. Takumi F-series is installed with high-speed, low-noise, and reliable spindle and angular contact ball bearings.

The base part of the F8 and F11 is 700mm and 1200mm respectively. Data of loading simulation test shows that Takumi F-series is strong in anti-deformation and has high stability. Besides, multi-points supporting the base substantially moderate vibration during heavy cutting, to assure accuracy.
