600SA, a division of the EIE Group, has supplied two compactors as part of waste disposal equipment purchased by the State of Kuwait as a gift to the United Republic of Tanzania. The Kuwait Ambassador to Tanzania, Jasem Ibrahim Al Najem, presented the waste compaction equipment to President John Pombe Joseph Magufuli, at the State House in Dar es Salaam.
The two machines, IVECO M 150E22 rigid mounted Eurocargo trucks equipped with ORV 313 compactors, will be deployed at Tanzania’s waste division. The compactors were ordered on an outright purchase basis by CNH Iveco Export, who, as a long-standing client of the EIE Group, is testimony to 600SA’s success in building relationships for life.
600SA has been a household name in the supply of waste equipment since 1960, representing a suite of best-in-class brands. The ORV 313 compactor is a hydraulic compressed bin manufactured by Orakci Makina, a renowned pioneer in municipal equipment in Turkey. The robust construction of the compactors makes them ideal for application in the often demanding terrain of Africa.
“It is an honour for 600SA to have been a part of this gesture of friendship and goodwill made by Kuwait to Tanzania,” says EIE Group CEO, Gary Neubert. “Besides offering CNH Iveco Export very competitive prices on the compactors, our close past working relationship with this well respected client positioned us well to secure the contract.”
